Welcome to Alford Plumbing, LLC.  By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.  Please read them carefully.  

• Alford Plumbing provides residential and commercial plumbing services including, but not limited to, new construction, remodels, sewer and water line repairs, fixture installation, and water heater services.  All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
• Estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 60 days.  Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, additional labor, or unforeseen complications.  Any changes to the scope of work will be discussed and approved before proceeding.
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.  Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and major credit cards.  Late payments may incur a fee. 
• Alford Plumbing is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from plumbing failures.  
• Customers must ensure safe and accessible working conditions.  Pets and children should be kept clear of work areas.  Any known issues (e.g., asbestos, mold, structural concerns) must be disclosed prior to service.
